(3) Congenital hip dislocation·hip displasia (이형성증)에 사용되는 보조기
① Pavlik harnees
; 8개월의 아이에 최대 effect, 일반적으로 12개월까지 착용, 운동을
허용하는 dynamic orthosis, CHD Tx는 5 ～ 11개월,
Hip displasia Tx는 3 ～ 6개월소요, 무혈성 괴사의 빈도가 낮다,
CHD Tx 80 ～ 85 %의 성공률
② Von Rosen splint
; 플라스틱 후레임, 상부는 양 어깨위, 하부는 고관절 굴곡·외전·ext rot 유지
편측만 사용가능, passive positioning othosis
cf) ilfeld splint ; 수술후 hip abd 유지위해
③ Frejka pillow splint
; 고관절 외전 유지, 고정력이 약해 CHD Tx엔 부적당
(4) 대퇴골단 골연골증 (대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사) ꋽꠏ hip abd, int rot 유지 필요
① Toronto orthosis
; hip 45°abd·int rot 유지, hip·knee jt에 가동…(To be continued )
